Refunds And Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The majority of our products are not returnable, but we are always willing to speak with you about any issues that arise and decide on a case by case basis if an exchange or return is warranted.
Shipping
Sometimes damage can occur to products during shipment. In the rare instance of this we ask that you send images and product descriptions to info@rootednloveherbs.com immediately. We will do our best to handle replacement of those as quickly as possible.
